The pactify tool
pactify runs on your machine. It has no telemetry, no analytics and no pactify-operated server, and the project does not collect, receive or store your data. It has nothing to sell or share.
Where data goes
When you delegate a task, pactify handles your brief and the repository content the task needs. Only the harness CLI you installed and logged in to sends that data, to its own provider: codex to OpenAI, kimi to Moonshot AI, agy to Google, and opencode to whichever provider you configured. Their privacy policies apply to that data.
Local storage
Job metadata, briefs, logs, diffs, results, private harness homes and caches stay in ~/.pactify, or PACTIFY_HOME if you set it. Retention follows the storage lifecycle. Delete data with pactify sub prune (it previews first; add --yes to delete and --include-worktrees for pending worktrees), or remove the directory.
This website
pactify.dev is a static site hosted on Vercel. Its own pages set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising. Vercel processes standard request data such as IP addresses to serve the pages, under its own privacy policy. The theme you pick is saved in your browser's local storage and never leaves it.
Team interest form
When registration is open, the Team page embeds a form hosted by Tally. It asks for your email address and, optionally, your team size, the coding agents you use and what you need. Tally stores the answers and makes them available to the pactify maintainer. While the form is shown, opening the Team page loads it from Tally, so Tally receives standard request data even if you do not submit anything; its privacy policy applies.
We use them only to contact you about the Team edition and to decide what to build. We do not sell them, share them with anyone else, or add you to a marketing list.
To have your submission deleted, send the deletion request form (also hosted by Tally) with the email address you registered. We delete the submission within 30 days, confirm by email, and then delete your request as well.
